in case you didn't know, there's a very promising looking remake of a classic role-playing game coming out in April. What? Final Fantasy VII Remake? No, we're obviously talking about Trials of Mana, which just got a brand new gameplay trailer.
While parts of the footage do look a little bit janky, we think there's a lot of potential for a very pleasant and colourful adventure here. The combat looks good, and the various character progression systems could become addictive. Trials of Mana is coming to PlayStation 4 on the 24th April, so hopefully you've finished up Final Fantasy VII Remake by then.

Oh my, they surely made the competition hard for themselves with that release date change.
It does look nice! It will sell well on Switch and in future digital sales, probably.
I can't wait to finally play this.
Anyone know if the hard copy will be limited like last Trial remake?
Very cool, hopefully if this sells well they'll give Chrono Trigger the 3D remake it deserves.
I'm looking forward to it, but not at release. This is too close to FFVIIR for comfort.
Hope it does well, though.
Still going to pass on this one. They made a big mistake removing the multiplayer from this one.
Looks good but I think I'll be playing persona 5 royal in the end of march, ff7r in april, and tlou 2 in may, and ghost in june, not to mention I'm still trying to finish tlou remaster this month. There's too many great exclusive games (that I have to buy) for ps4 this year lol.
@wiiware Not to mention so many great PS4 games that are already out.
I'm juggling FF XV (15), Persona 5 Original, and DBZ Kakarot at the moment...and I know I'll be dropping everything for those newer games you mentioned when they release.
RIP my free time and online social life.
