The recent PC release date announcement for Death Stranding brought with it confirmation of a Photo Mode. It had only been planned for the version coming to the personal computer in June, but after a bit of an outcry from the game's PlayStation 4 fanbase, the feature looks set to arrive on Sony's console. The community is synonymous with Photo Modes such as Horizon: Zero Dawn's, after all.
Developer Kojima Productions has taken to Twitter to reveal the news, stating: "We've heard you all and are currently looking at all the options for photo mode. Hope to have an update for you next week, stay tuned!"
With more news coming towards the end of March, it looks like PS4 players will be able to join in the fun of contorting Sam Bridges' face or taking beautiful shots of the post-apocalyptic scenery. You'll also be able to tune various sliders and options to get the perfect angle or time of day, allowing you to take a photograph that'll blow up across social media.

How eerily relevant is that game right now. Like what did Kojima know lol.
I loved Death Stranding at the time. But man it's a bit of a slog, possibly the first masterwork I wouldn't want to revisit.

Hmm... I may have to re-install this on my hard drive. Nah...
I hope come next gen Sony make it mandatory that every PS5 came has a photo mode unless the Devs can give good reason against it or its always online game where pausing isn't an option. I'm done with Death Stranding and there was endless moments where i wanted a photo mode, yeah sure i shell go back and do some exploring to get some great shots but getting it 4-5 months after the game launched is really annoying.
