The regional PlayStation Stores will often have their own sales, but occasionally there's some crossover. The Halloween sale is one such example; the North American sale just got started, but those in Europe can now also celebrate the haunting holiday. Lasting through to 1st November, there's a wide range of spooky scary PS4 titles to choose from.
The selection is pretty broad -- of course, horror gems like Resident Evil 2, Layers of Fear, and SOMA are present and correct, but there's a bunch of other games for any scaredy cats out there. Devil May Cry 5, RAGE 2, and even What Remains of Edith Finch can also be seen going cheap.

Just looked at Fallout 4 season pass as I own it on disc, and it is £25, meanwhile Fallout 4 G.O.T.Y is £20 which includes all the DLC... what the hell?
Edit: Just did a quick search as well on Amazon and Fallout 4 G.O.T.Y edition is £15 at the moment... I suppose it is a case of whether you want the convenience of digital versus the security of physical.
Very tempted by Batman season 2, Observer, Layers of Fear 2 and Life is Strange 2...but must resist....
Also, bit gutted that Death Mark isn't in the sale, would definitely have picked that up.
I'll probably get DOOM2 for 3 euro
@SegaBlueSky Do you have a PC? It's half price on Steam as we speak.
Currently playing it using an Oculus Quest (via VRDesktop) for full nerve-jangling effect!
Doom 1,2 and 3 for £7.50? Go on then!
These constant sales aren't doing me any favours.
Devil May Cry 5 for £25...hmmmm.
Recommend Edith Finch to everyone, a constantly surprising and excellent game.
Gonna pass and wait for Black Friday Sales.
