It feels like GreedFall is starting to pick up steam now that it's just a couple of weeks away from release, and with good reason. The upcoming role-playing title has looked very promising for quite a while now, and this latest gameplay walkthrough is probably our most in-depth guide to the game yet.
Look, we've said this so many times that we've lost count, but again, GreedFall really does look promising. It's shaping up to be developer Spiders' most ambitious project to date, and based on what we've seen of it, it's clearly a cut above previous outings in terms of quality and scope. At this point, we just want to get our hands on the finished product.

This looks good so far. Been waiting for a game like this since Dragon age. Hope it turns out good.
This game looks really good but boy oh boy do the animations let it down!
Can't wait to see how this is. Currently playing Dragon Age Inquisition. Would love to see more games like these.
@777Reigns. Dragon age inquisition is one of the best games ever.word up son
Already preorderd my copy. Hope their ambitions hold true. Been waiting for a great RPG for some time now.
Yes playstation 1995... I'm having a blast!!
Looking real decent.
I enjoyed DA2 more than Inquisition. The bard in the taverns was really good, though.
For some unknown reason I have a soft spot for small developers trying to punch above their weight. One of my fave games this gen is elex. If this is decent I will bite the bullet and get this!
I want to get it day one to support them but I'm sorry Monster Hunter World Iceborne and Borderlands 3 are already paid for. Will keep an eye on it tho...
@darksoul77 I thought ELEX was really good too , looking forward to the sequel their working on.
Ill end up getting Greedfall down the line. I enjoyed spiders last game The Technomancer. This looks a massive improvement on that so props to them.
Not sure how I feel about the one-sided markings on the protagonist’s face that looks like a mutated overgrown sideburn.
@Th3solution Yeah, looks a bit like some weird fungus on the character's face? I assume there won't be a a 'hide blemish 'option?
@sanderson72 There is probably some kind of lore or story-point behind the blemish/tattoo/disease/mark. The other female character in the video has it too. Maybe in Greedfall’s world people adorn themselves with fungus markings on the cheek because they find it attractive. But my guess is that it’s a sign of some kind that relates to the narrative; I haven’t read up enough on the game to know.
And as far as the gameplay, I agree with the comments above that it feels like a clone of Dragon Age: Inquisition from this video. Not that it’s a bad thing, but I’m less excited for the game after watching this. I never finished that game so I’m not sure I’ll play this until I finish DA:I.
