It's the fourth of July, which means two things: it's Independence Day, and it also marks the arrival of Stranger Things season three. It seems the folks over at Epic Games are excited for the new season's arrival, as it's currently hosting a crossover event with the hit Netflix show in Fortnite.
Strange, upside down-esque portals have started to appear in the Mega Mall area of the map, and stepping inside will teleport you around the location. As you can see in the above video from IGN, the portals seem to give access to some hidden or hard to reach loot. It's not the biggest crossover the game has ever seen, but it's a cool addition nonetheless.

Even though I don’t care about fortnite I still love all those crossovers it is getting, must be awesome for people that like the game and like all those franchises.
So cool! Hopefully there are some Stranger Things skins, emotes, etc.
It also means it's my Birthday going to see the first episode today and maybe try to play fn.
Don't play Fortnite but I think it's awesome that it's getting all this crossover events.
Will you be reviewing Stranger Things 3 the game? See it was released today but a bit pricey for an impulse purchase.
