If a tweet from the official Gearbox Twitter account is anything to go by, we might finally get our first look at Borderlands 3 on 28th March. Viewable below, the tweet is quite clearly stylized similarly to that of the adventures of Claptrap, while the 'Exit 3' in the top right corner could be a sutble hint to what to expect.
The publisher is set to host a PAX East panel on the same day, where it has promised "never-before-seen reveals, exclusives, and surprises". It's not exactly set in stone that this'll be Borderlands 3 though, seeing as the rumoured Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition for PS4 is still doing the rounds. Surely Randy Pitchford can't troll us like this though, right? ...Right?

there is a high chance that the borderlands 1 remaster will get announced, i agree but we shall see if borderlands 3 will follow too.

Tried BL2, wanted to like it, found it a bit pants though.
@kyleforrester87 I liked it when it first launched and even platinumed it, tried it again on the Handsome Collection recently and it felt so slow and a bit boring, also a lot of its references would be lost on audiences today

@carlos82 thing is i played it for about 10 hours over a week or so and I don’t really remember anything about it. It just all seemed really pointless!
The best Borderlands game is the Telltale one, in my opinion.
With everything that's happened with Gearbox since the release of BL2, is it wrong of me to be more than a little cautious of them having the ability to deliver if they are in fact making a third game?

@ApostateMage Having played all 3 main games for hundreds of hours each and being one of my favorite franchises, this is actually something I can agree with. Such a well done tight experience. Really enjoyed it especially that we got it free!
Borderlands 2 it's one of the best games ever created I don't think BL3 can't top it but I like to be wrong
I hope also BL1 remaster and BL2 PSVR co op. I mean if Farpoint, AZ Sunshine, and Firewall offer it wtf? Im actually expecting one of those more than BL3. PAX East aint exactly PS EXP or Toyko Games Show or E3.
