Sony’s reducing the price of PlayStation VR over the critical Christmas period in the United States, with hardware bundles available as low as $199.99 from 16th December through 26th December. The cheapest option includes a headset, PlayStation Camera, and copies of the excellent platformers Astro Bot Rescue Mission and Moss – but there are other options available.

If you want a couple of PlayStation Move controllers, for example, you can cough up $249.99 for a headset, PS Camera, two wands, and copies of Creed: Rise to Glory and SUPERHOT VR. If those two titles don’t take your fancy, you can get all of the aforementioned for the same price, but with Borderlands 2 VR and Beat Saber instead. There’s never been a better time to be fair!

@get2sammyb You said $250 for the move and Creed bundle, but the links say $350.
Edit: I’m stupid, I just read it doesn’t start until the 16th. Ignore me. I’m just here.
Nice. If the Astro Bot bundle is still available after Christmas, I might pick that one up.
@Jaz007 Yeah they should auto-update with the new prices when the deals go into effect.
Any word on PS4 / PS4 Pro discounts?
@munkondi no lol
I’m really tempted to buy the bundle with Astro Bot and Moss.
I am tempted by the astrobot bundle but don't know how essential are the move controllers... I'm not interested on the other bundles cuz I don't care about the games
@DualWielding Move controllers arent required for most games. However you definitely want to get them later on when you have other games, especially shooters or Skyrim. It would be a waste not to have them after your library is built up.
I would say get the Astro Bot and Moss bundle now because those are solid games and it is a relatively cheap start. Kind if a waste getting games you dont want. You can worry about Move/Aim controllers when you are ready to spend more money, which you have to do for the games that use them anyway.
