Ubisoft has released the patch notes for Assassin's Creed Odyssey's big November update. Patch 1.07, which is due to release tomorrow (that's the 15th November, just in case you're reading this later), weighs in at a reasonable 2.5GB, but it's huge in terms of what it brings to the game.
The headline acts here are an increased level cap (from 50 to 70), a gear customisation system that lets you change how your equipment looks, and a brand new quest called Test of Judgement.
On top of that, it's got loads of improvements and fixes. Better mercenary menus, photo mode enhancements, and improved loot are all included, and we couldn't possibly list all of the gameplay, quest, and technical fixes that also come with the update. You can find the full patch notes through here, but as Ubisoft warns, there are spoilers further down the article.
Update: Patch 1.07 is available to download now on PS4.

Stuff like this make me superhappy to have chosen to go with Shenmue first so I will have a kind of enhanced version of the game once I buy and play Odyssey
Ubisoft doesn't get the credit they deserve for supporting their games after release.
Is it just me or can you zoom in more on the map?
Well done Ubisoft. It’s good to see developers listening to fans and improving their product. I was going to wait until I completed rdr 2 to return to Ancient Greece but this news may just mean I’m firing up the creed when I get back tonight. Ah I’m spoilt for choice at the moment! What a nice problem to have eh?
On the one hand, it's great that Ubisoft are improving lots of stuff, but on the other, why not do this BEFORE releasing the game?

I love that you can tweak how your gear looks. I always wanted to use the Wonder Woman looking set but it's Warrior buffs don't fit my play style. Now I have the best of both worlds.
@ShogunRok There's always a "but" isn't there.
@rjejr Of course, but sometimes people don't want to see it!
Alright time to dive back in...well after pokemon but still. I'll be back. Especially since they fixed a few quests I was waiting on.
