In addition to the announcement of four new DLC packs, Square Enix has also confirmed that Final Fantasy XV’s multiplayer-themed Comrades add-on will be receiving a standalone release this summer. While details are thin on the ground, this essentially means that you won’t need to own a copy of the full game in order to access the additional mode.
An update for the multiplayer game will also release this summer, as will another in the winter. We found Comrades to be a bit of a bore when we reviewed it late last year, stating: “The groundwork for a good co-op-based grind is here, but constant bouts of loading make the whole thing feel like a chore.” Yay?

Lol wtf
Make the Cup Noodle side quest standalone while you're at it
But will it have a Battle Royale mode?
@Fight_Teza_Fight 🤢🤮 😤🤛
😋
I enjoyed Comrades but yes let's hope the loading times are improved.
Why lol? Does EVERY game need multiplayer nowadays? Sheesh
@Feena me too
@RoyalGuard you can play it by yourself although you still need to be connected online
@ShogunRok if they did that i am SO wearing this for it

Hoping by being stand alone they will improve the loading time and be a seamless openworld to receive and doing quest.
Even have multiplayer lobby to meet people online.
And about graphic, it looks like its downgrade version of main game, i hope they improve it too.
