Haven't hard touched this since I got it late last year, should really go back as it's an ace game.
Will do the tour for trophies because I can't help myself.
I'm on one of the final main quests and should probably finish the game today. There's countless side quests I could still do too. One bug I encountered was Bayek acknowledging a quest I received in a letter every time I loaded the game. It was way over leveled for me so I couldn't do it but he would say something about it after any cutscene or when I started playing. Eventually I triggered the side quest thinking if I partially started it he'd shut up but after that he would say different dialogue for it. Once during a cutscene it'd alternate between him saying that and saying stuff for the actual cutscene. Anyways I finally was a high enough level to finish that quest and now I won't have to hear him talk about it anymore! 😂
Will Siwa ever know peace?
Wanna check out the Discovery Tour because it sounds really cool and also like something that could potentially be leveraged for educational purposes. Like, release a version on pc that locks out the main game element and open up these games to a potential whole new market. Yeah the depiction of Ancient Egypt isn't entirely accurate, but pointing out those inaccuracies can be educational too and it's a way to get kids - and adults -engaged in history. If companies are already going to be making these multi-million dollar historical simulators, why not spend a tiny bit more money retrofitting them to educate people about important stuff?
I've just picked this game up and whilst I can't say I've ever been a fan of the series, I did enjoy Black Flag but as for the rest I've either completely ignored or not really liked. This one though whilst only a few hours in has me completely hooked, not something I thought I'd say about an Ubisoft game again
