Brrrrr! We’d love to say it’s getting hot in here, but these new screenshots of Horizon: Zero Dawn’s fast-approaching expansion The Frozen Wilds are giving us chills. The cool-looking add-on will whisk fiery protagonist Aloy away to a brand new ice-capped landscape, where she’ll encounter new characters – and presumably new enemies, too.
The expansion’s due out on 7th November and, amazingly, we haven’t really seen a whole lot of it as of yet. Sony’s probably saving a full reveal for Paris Games Week later in the month.

I'm so not excited and I don't know why! I loved Horizon but I honestly felt like I had enough when the credits rolled...probably why I don't feel like asking for more
I hope we get some gameplay soon. I hope there's a few new enemies, but we haven't really seen any yet.

Ive just started this morning, Im still at the menu screen. The intro was fantastic and really pulls you into the world.

Not the biggest fan of Horizon but it was very good (Aloy, the combat and dem graphics make the game for me!). I'm about ready for some more though, so looking forward to this!

I got the game during last sale and now I wonder if I should wait for Frozen Wilds to release, so I can play with the main game incl. the DLC. Or if you can go ahead and play the main game already without the need to start all over again after DLC was released.

@FullbringIchigo You're welcome. Sadly this means Frozen Wilds will be the only story DLC...hopefully they make up for that by it being a big one.
@Splat its really good, the setting and story so far has been fantastic. The picking up sticks and plants is soooooo annoying though. And like every one of guerillas games the controls are all over the place. But unlike killzone im sticking with it as its fun and has a great list of characters so far.
