It shouldn't come as a massive surprise, but Call of Duty: WWII's map packs will launch 30 days early on the PlayStation 4, as has been the case for a couple of entries already. Sony is the primary marketing partner for Activision's first-person franchise, and it doesn't look like that relationship will be ending anytime soon, so look forward to a lengthy trailer during the Japanese giant's E3 2017 press conference.
Sledgehammer Games, who is developing this year's instalment, has also confirmed that you can expect the release to drop in November, which has been a series tradition for several years now. An exact date is likely to be announced alongside the reveal of the game itself, which is slated for 26th April via a big livestream. If you're already sold on the shooter, mind, you can actually pre-order on Amazon UK.

No surprise, Activision said when IW came out it was a multiyear deal.
Oh well I can get 4 Sony E3 drinking game shots in early this year. Thanks Activision.
Also...Japanese giant. In gaming yeah...
@BLP_Software I bet Sony have never heard of BLP_Software though. You'll get there, buddy!
(Maybe!)
Gimme gimme gimme
@kyleforrester87 One day maybe sure if I could afford the dev kits!
And if I felt like making a game to fit the userbase. Both key factors on my end!
Just buy BF1 that's turned into an old school WW COD type shooter anyway ;P I'll be buying this and i'll be looking forward to it, COD without wall running and jump boost (hopefully lol) happy day's, i'd rather it was modern day warfare but meh.
But will they drop the season pass for Map Packs and just charge for Cosmetics, you know like what Titanfall 2, Halo 5 and the up coming Battlefronts 2 is doing, Oh my bad forgot its Activision lmfao its OK I take it back.
