War never changes

It shouldn't come as a massive surprise, but Call of Duty: WWII's map packs will launch 30 days early on the PlayStation 4, as has been the case for a couple of entries already. Sony is the primary marketing partner for Activision's first-person franchise, and it doesn't look like that relationship will be ending anytime soon, so look forward to a lengthy trailer during the Japanese giant's E3 2017 press conference.

Sledgehammer Games, who is developing this year's instalment, has also confirmed that you can expect the release to drop in November, which has been a series tradition for several years now. An exact date is likely to be announced alongside the reveal of the game itself, which is slated for 26th April via a big livestream. If you're already sold on the shooter, mind, you can actually pre-order on Amazon UK.
