"Not a hastily built demo, not some weird tech showcase..."
Not so sure about that!
I can't wait to dig into FF15!
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi yes you can
@Mahe the game is pretty good ...I'd give you my word but well..read a review or two while we wait for Push Square's one? Kotaku's one is a very nice read.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi it's pretty good I think. Better than 10s so far anyway.
What are your guys's tv settings for the game in 4k? Idk what is better, game mode or hdr+ mode as game mode has better response from via controller actions but hdr+ mode looks and runs so smooth... uhd is turned on but I can't have game mode and hdr+ mode on at the same time I guess
@walrusballs
I don't even know if this game supports HDR. There's no option in the menu for it I can find.
@walrusballs I assume you're using a Samsung TV based on the settings you mention.
I've been playing it in game mode with HDR on and while the frame rate isn't as smooth as I'd like with the nicer graphical setting selected, it hasn't negatively impacted my enjoyment.
The main thing I've found is that it's too bright at times for my taste, so I've had to fiddle with the dynamic contrast setting to find a sweet spot.
@JaxonH it's definitely in settings. I don't have a fancy tv or a pro but it's on there. It's just grayed out for me.
@ztpayne7
Ill look again when I'm home from work today. I just saw 2 settings, high and lite.
@AlexStinton Ya you guessed it! I played more yesterday and game mode instead of hdr+ works best for me too for now. Thanks for sharing. @JaxonH Ya make sure you got that HDR setting on thru the options setting!
