Dirt Rally (PS4) for £15.99 managed to powerslide itself into my download queue with impressive speed.
Really hope we can use a code to get 10% off too like the US did, wouldn't work when I tried to redeem it (not that I thought it'd work). Can't seem to find on the EU Playstation Blog a post about this sale, so hopefully when that goes up, it'll come with the code... maybe... hopefully... please? I'm like $5 away from getting Overwatch and Hitman HD Trilogy but 10% could push me over the line... fingers crossed...
REALLY disappointing. Even though I probably won't play it for months I'll pick up Skyrim Special Edition for £25. The majority of these can be found far cheaper retail.
I'll wait for the blog post later today before making my purchase they might offer us a discount code. Sony really need to do more if they're pushing this all digital/streaming future.
For anyone interested GAME are doing Rise of the Tomb Raider for £29.99 and COD IW: Legacy Edition for £49.99. I'll be snapping up those two for sure.
Is there many people still playing star wars battle front ? Don't want to get it if the maps are empty.
Pretty so-so really, but its all subjective, Pretty decent deal on the Deluxe edit of Deus Ex Mankinded for £35.
I might end up purchasing Naruto Shippenden Ultimate Ninja Storm for £15 & GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR for £10.99
Tempted by Titanfall 2 for under 35, but i probably won't get it because it's nearly christmas. I'll be getting Watch Dogs 2 and Steep. Would anyone recommend i get it despite already having plans?
Not much on there for me unfortunately. The really cheap deals I already have and the rest like new releases you can buy cheaper retail anyway...
Tearaway Unfolded for less than a fiver is crazy. Such a charming and inventive platformer.
Snagged Skyrim for that price! First time buying something from the U.K. Store, didn't expect the download to take eleven or twelve hours but for that price I'll deal!
There doesn't seem to be a Black Friday section on the PS3 Store at the mo.
The Last of Us: GOTY Edition is £7.99, btw; not £5.99.
Ratchet and Clank for £6.50 is a steal for a kids game over xmas if still playing on PS3
@SPGFan34 hmv supposedly selling Titanfall 2 tomorrow for either 19.99 or 25 pounds,.
I wonder if Sony plan to add any more deals today based on this story on the sixth axis. That said, the sale currently live could very well be our lot. Still keeping my fingers crossed that DQbuilders on vita makes an appearance later today!

@Rob_230 Its definitely £19.99 they released a flyer for it yesterday, In-Store only though
Not even discounted Dragon Ball Xenoverse....pff, no thanks! Will buy retail games for cheaper
nothing that hasnt be on sale recently anyway
Not so great deals, though I did buy two of them.
God of War 3 and Odin Sphere Leifthrasir.
(also bought Beyond+Heavy Rain which is still discounted)
@Fight_Teza_Fight Oh come on. Plenty of those are more expensive physical. Tearaway, for example, is a steal!
@617Sqn last played it about a month ago and I had no problem finding games, most was fairly full as well. There's new DLC coming in a couple of weeks which should bring people back to playing it.
A little bit sad we didn't get Setsuna as the US did but I wouldn't have played it before finishing XV anyway so it's alright! Got Guilty Gear so I don't have to swap discs with SFV too much #firstworldproblems.
There are some decent deals here, but it's not great, is it?
@get2sammyb yes, pretty much. Not bad but nothing incredible.
@naruball Just feels like a regular monthly sale. Compared to the US that also get a 10% discount I'd say it's pretty disappointing.
Already own Tearaway, great game.
@get2sammyb yep nothing exciting. god of war is a good deal but already have it. Have to say xbox live the same titles on sale are cheaper. You think game/amazon 101 other places going to get the bucks with physical versions this is pretty poor.
@get2sammyb
To be honest i was excited about this sale. I was expecting more discounts on only digital games. As it is there were better sales throughout the year.
@get2sammyb Battlefield 1 £36.99 & Fifa 17 £32.99 picked up Battlefield 1 was going to get physical copy today and cheapest I'd seen it on high street was £42 so happy dayz
It's not as amazing as I was hoping. That's good news for the sensible adult in me who wants to save money for things like new drapes for the living room, but bad news for the scallywag in me that will now have to find other things to waste my money on - like Pogs, or PS4 Pro.
I did pick up Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (purely for the campaign as I enjoy the single player aspect of COD, but not enough to fork out £50) and Tearaway Unfolded. So that's something to tide me over until Final Fantasy XV hits.
Tiny, tiny bit disappointing but i'll pick up Tales of Zestiria for 12 quid and Life is Strange for a fiver.
Feels like the newer games were prioritised over potentially larger discounts. Maybe they sold less than expected so developers are eager to discount quick this year?
@Bliquid yes! If you like narrative driven games, then I think you'll like Life is Strange. It's a great game and an absolute steal at that price.
A bit disappointing but I found some great deals online instead.
Destiny The Collection for £19.99
Dark souls 3 £17.00
Fallout 4 £12.99
Fifa 17 £29.99
Far Cry Primal £16.00
All from Amazon
They also have other bargains:including Doom 3 + Season Pass for £19.99.
