Although it may look fairly familiar to anyone who's dabbled in Toukiden before, there's no denying that Toukiden 2 appears to be shaping up as a solid sequel. Giving us our first proper look at open world Oni slaying, this trailer shows off new characters, techniques, and big burly demons.
The game's due out in Japan on the 30th June, and we have to imagine that it won't be too long before we hear word of a Western release. As far as monster hunting goes on PlayStation platforms, Omega Force's franchise is right up there as a top contender, so we're eager to see if this upcoming instalment proves to be definitive.

The game that got me completely addicted to my Vita, and the 1.5 version of Kiwami meant dozens of more hours. Heck, Being able to play that on the big screen is one of the reasons I stumped up for a PS4 a couple of months back. This will be a day-one purchase for me.
It looks so good.
Nice!
This is one of my most anticipated games at the moment! Toukiden Kiwami is one of my favorite PS4 titles to date.
Awesome! I'm really looking forward to this. Hope there are less reskins (enemies, gears and weapons) in the sequel. Plus they should also improve the inventory "sort" system.
@WanderingBullet Oh yeah, what's that about? I click sort and it does something there is no logic to!
@finalstan Yeah, I know, right?! lol It should sort the materials either alphabetically or according to the demons. Or have the amount appear next to the materials in the Slayer Records.
@finalstan Is there any meaning behind your username? Just curious.
