The season of bleary eyes and bad headaches begins early this year: Square Enix is holding a big fan event to tell us something that it should have said 10 years ago. Final Fantasy XV is getting a release date – it's already leaked, but you're going to sit through two hours of kinda funny jokes anyway. Sigh. We'll be here from 19:00PM PT with all of the snark that you can stomach. P.S. The release date is 30th September.

Wow it has pretty much SLAYED. Didn't see this coming.
The event started off pretty sluggish, but it ended up being pretty awesome in the end I think. I can't believe they pretty much made an entire CGI movie and kept it under wraps.
Collector's Edition will probably be too pricy and will sell out in seconds, but I'll definitely grab the Deluxe.
