With CD Projekt Red opting to show nothing but PC footage of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, we've all been eagerly awaiting some PlayStation 4 gameplay, to see just how it looks and runs on Sony's console. The good news is that it looks pretty great, as evidenced by footage that released earlier this week.
Even better news is that we've stumbled across yet more PS4 gameplay, this time courtesy of PlayStation Poland. It's another five minute video that shows off combat and general exploration - and you can even watch it in full 1080p. How do you think it looks? Are you excited to step into Geralts shoes come the 19th May? Head into the woods and slay some beasts in the comments section below.

I wish Geralt had different hair, it reminds me of a mop.
Looks good! I like to think I'll be able to hold off on getting this until the start of June, but we'll see...
Some of these Skyrim mods are beginning to look really impressive. Almost looks like a different game.
Wow, looks great, no doubt pc elitists will point out the game is missing a few blades of grass on ps4!!
When in reality ps4 version stands toe-to-toe with even the ultra pc rig version.
I'm not watching any more videos. I all ready know more then I wanted to haha.
Looks really impressive! I have a slight feeling that the witcher could potentially be 2015's shadow of more of which is a huge compliment
@Davros79 I ain't sure about that. When I get this, it'll be on PS4, but theres no doubt it will look and perform better on PC. As long as it performs well on PS4 I'm happy, and it certainly looks like it does.
@Davros79 No it doesn't. Not by a long shot
@Davros79 I wish that were true, although Im very happy with the way it looks on PS4.
CD Projekt Red said the PS4 version will run the same as a high end PC but Ultra settings will look loads better. 4k resolution and 60fps with lots of nice effects thrown in.
Though I doubt most PC gamers couldn't run this on Ultra settings.
Do you guys know, last year at E3, CD Projekt Red were saying that the PS4 was difficult to develop for, even though nearly every other dev said the opposite. Also, this game is being co-marketed with Microsoft. I wouldn't be so sure that the PS4 optimization will be that great.
@Wesker Not sure I believe in that kind of conspiracy theory, we'll see but to be honest I expect it to run on par with the XB1
@kyleforrester87 That's kind of the problem.

Looks like the PS4 version maybe a tad better, but I dont expect either versions to be bad based on the footage they've shown. Sometimes you really cant tell until its up on the big screen and the controler is in your hand, take FF15 for example.
It does look good, but even in this short video there is noticeable dropping of frames and texture pops. When there is more going on in the environment, that's only going to get worse.
@WARDIE i should have said high end pc not ultra, 4k is a different matter entirely. I personally dont have a spare 4 grand to get that set up tho!
@kyleforrester87 @Wesker By all accounts, it runs pretty well on PS4, but yes, I'd totally expect the odd frame rate drop here and there.
Looks pretty awesome. Although i'm getting this on PC.
The interface is ridiculously small. If this was the pc version it would be fine as you basically sit a foot away from the screen. However this is the PS4 version which more often than not will be played sat on the sofa.
Looking forward to this!
