The press conferences may be the best part about E3 every year, but the actual booths are an important component, too. And as usual, Sony’s bringing a frightening array of first-party and third-party content to the Los Angeles show, with titles such as Destiny, DriveClub, and The Order: 1886 all on display in its booth.
In truth, the lineup is so large that we couldn’t possibly include all of the highlights here, and the real frightening thing is that it’s unlikely to be complete; we’re confident that there’ll be at least one or two reveals during the platform holder’s press conference that end up on the show floor. In the meantime, though, take a look at this little lot, and let us know what you’re most excited for.

In before "indies don't count".
Indies count very much thank you, BUT besides indies I spot already quite a few games I'm excited about, namely:
Killzone Shadowfall Intercept
Helldivers
Planetside 2
Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil
The Crew
The Order
Project Cars
Rogue Legacy
Destiny
Yeah... PS4 has no games...
Quite suprised at the amount of vita titles in the list. Maybe sony hasnt given up hope.
Embarassingly, the one that caught my eye straight away is The Golf Club. PS4 needs next-gen golf badly!
Overall, very strong lineup, though. Really good mix of first-party, third-party, and indie stuff. I'm sure The Last of Us Remastered will be there as well, even though it's not on the list.
@get2sammyb
Beat me to it.
@imtom2002 They gave up hope a long time ago, all you're seeing is dedicated indie and Japanese support.
Topic: striking down that list with personal favourites and titles i'm interested in, it becomes slimmer.
Gravity crash for vita.
Indies do absolutely count! I must say though that I begin to question Sony's continued use of multiple indies in lists like the above to pad out the AAA titles. It's like some sort of paranoia as if there is a lack of AAA games which there certainly isn't. I just start to feel that indies deserve a bit better than to keep being repeatedly used as padding in these lists.
@get2sammyb loved the look of golf club when I seen the trailer, hopefully out this year.
All I can say is... Woot Woot!
[Oh and I'm ready for some new-gen Golf too. Bring it on!]
Golf Club
Danganronpa 2
Persona 4 arena ultimax
Tales of xillia 2
Freedom wars
Dynasty warriors: gundam
Man I wish I could check these out myself
@Shaolin I don't think it's about padding out lists at all. They've constantly regurgitated this "We love developers" narrative, and so they're actually practicing what they preach. Remember that appearing in the PlayStation booth is massive promotion if you're a small indie studio, so I definitely think there's a bit of that going on, too. On the Sony side of things, it just highlights how much variety there is on their platforms. Win-win.
I'm personally hoping for some news on Gravity Rush 2. That would make me very happy.
I'm really looking forward to Axiom Verge, everytime I see pictures of that game, nostalgia from the NES days kick right in.
@RawShark Same here, they'd be insane to not create a sequel.
Sony is dead to Me.Hello Microsoft!
Well there's a couple I'm looking forward to.....
Destiny
The Crew
Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty
Planetside 2
Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare
**Minecraft too which isn't on list but out August**
***Hopefully R* say GTA V is coming out ASAP on PS4!!!***
I hope Destiny has a good showing. That's the fall release I'm most interested in at this point but impressions have been very mixed. As long as I'm able to enjoy the game in single player without having to worry about being forced to join others or have somebody join my game with the intention to ruin it, that's all I care about.
Oddworld New n' Tasty is like one of my most anticipated games right now, so this makes me happy.
I'm still hoping for a new Ratchet & Clank to be announced though.
@get2sammyb I see why you might see it like that but Sony could (and by all rights should) occasionally emphasise AAAs and indies separately or even categorise them together in meaningful ways (e.g. by genre) rather than trying to do what my mother used to do by mixing the vegetables in with the mash potatoes hoping I wouldn't notice. There is no doubt in my mind that Sony does promote indies by giving them booth space but that's not what we're talking about here at all. The on-topic issue is Sony's repeated use of these silly unordered long lists where Sony is clearly trying to put across an overwhelming sense of quantity above all else. Spewing out an unfocused big list like the one above is actually counter-productive to those hard-working devs on it and as you know from your previous article it attracts unwarranted sentiment from gamers who (incorrectly, I might add) complain about PS4 being too light on AAA and too heavy on indies.
Loads of Vita games I've never heard of before. Brilliant news. Must Google them.
