Evidently SCEE doesn’t think that it's spoiled its European PlayStation Plus subscribers enough. February already offered complimentary copies of Sleeping Dogs and F1 Race Stars, but the platform holder’s also decided to give away God of War HD just to round out the month in style. The re-mastered classic will be available for a period of two weeks starting today, so make sure that you grab it while you’ve got the chance.
The freebie is designed to generate interest in the upcoming God of War: Ascension, which is due out next month. A demo for the PlayStation 3 prequel is available now in North America, and launches later today in Europe. You can check out the title’s incredible launch trailer through here. Ive been hoping that GOW would come to PSPlus, The GOW series is one set of games ive just never got round to playing, but always wanted to and told my self i would get the hd remake double pack thingy one day.
Had a little play on a friends GOW3; amazing graphics/gameplay, lush greek gods storyline, the scale of bosses n stuff is epic, felt like i was a flea lol.
So yeah, nice one sony

I already had this game , got it sometime when discounted for 10 euros. Great offer to those who didn't though. I would also want GOW3 and the new one in digital editions at some point.
