Is it just us or does the Imp look like Flint the Time Detective?

Back in September, Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu revealed that the PlayStation Vita port of Muramasa: The Demon Blade would be receiving a brand new batch of DLC for its Japanese launch on 28th March. However, other than the content's title – 'Genroku Kaikitan' – very little was disclosed about the nature of the extra. Since then it has been announced that the DLC will add four fresh character scenarios to accompany the main quests of male and female protagonists, Kisuke and Momohime.

According to Siliconera, the new characters include Nekomata Okoi (a lady with two cat tails), Gonbee (a farmer), Arashimaru (a ninja), and Rajaki (an imp). Famitsu has stated that the DLC will be available for Japanese players to download from the PlayStation Store shortly after launch, and that the developer hopes to reveal more information about the new scenarios prior to release.

Unfortunately, there's currently no word on whether the Vita version of Muramasa: The Demon Blade will reach Western shores, however you can watch the latest trailer through here while you dry your tears.
