It's not just Kinect selling out at Amazon – Move is also in short supply on the major retailer's site, resulting in price increases and stock limitations.

At the time of writing, the Starter Pack is only available through Amazon sellers rather than the website itself, at a slightly increased price of £52.49.

The standalone Move controller is also sold out from the site but is available from Amazon sellers for a pretty expensive £42.49.

As the site is clearly struggling to maintain stock levels it's imposed a purchase limitation on users:

In an effort to provide as many customers as possible with the opportunity to purchase it, we are limiting the total number of units that can be purchased. As a result, each household may only purchase five units.

One of the UK's biggest retailers selling out of Move less than eight weeks before Christmas is an encouraging sign for Sony, but hopefully stock issues won't prevent the controller making its way into British stockings.
