When Sports Champions made its first appearance in front of the world, it was a very different beast to what we see today: Gladiator Duel saw you face off against a skeleton for one thing. Now those days can return, with Sony launching the first pack of downloadable content on the US PlayStation Network.
Called the "Haunted Pack", the download will set you back $4.99 and add three new creepy characters and six eerie items, one for each sport, letting you lend a little early Hallowe'en spirit to the game. If you're still struggling to unlock the extra content included on the disc, there'll be a new download available to unlock it all for you, so you don't have to jump through the hoops of actually playing the game.

Too bad there's no online considered for the game... Btw, the PS Blog says the pack will be $4.99, not $5.99.
It is a nonsense update. Sports Champions is a realistic game. Why do I need a skeleton playing disc golf or volley? It is stupid. What the game needs is more scenaries, more challenges and more competitions.
I won't buy it.

... maybe it will be given to PSN+ members for Halloween
