We're Routing For Treyarch, They Deserve Some Success Outside Of Infinity Ward's Shadow.

But perhaps tired of being shoved under the rug by their counter-parts, Treyarch's clearly ready to take the helm, and shout from the rooftops about their new product Call Of Duty: Black Ops.

“Modern Warfare 2 is an extremely successful entertainment launch, record selling, which is absolutely phenomenal,” Olin told MCV.

“Every Call of Duty game has ratcheted the bar up for the next one, and we’re just ratcheting up the bar one step further. I think Black Ops is going to exceed expectations. This game is going to be huge.

"We’re going to let Black Ops speak for itself.

“We’re always trying to make the best game we can possibly make, and with Black Ops it really is the best work we’ve ever done.”

Early reports sound unbelievably promising too, with a greater narrative (let's be honest, Modern Warfare 2 was a mess) and new mechanics planned. We're very excited, and it's nice to see Treyarch come out of their shell at last.
