Call Of Duty: Black Ops Will Be Told From The Perspective Of Two Characters. Thank Goodness.

According to mixed reports, the SR-71 seen in the game's trailer will be controllable - though the wording is very vague and more recent updates suggest you'll just be giving orders to ground troops, not controlling the plane itself.

In terms of weapons, there won't just be guns, but also crossbows (fun!), and yes, as per the snow in the trailer, you'll be fighting in Russia aswell as Cuba and Vietnam.

Finally, the most interesting detail released thus far notes that Call Of Duty: Black Ops will feature multiplayer co-op for 2-4 players. Whether this will be like Modern Warfare 2's spec-ops, we've no idea. The campaign will also be told from the perspective of two characters over "multiple covert international conflicts". So it's not going to be as hard to understand as Modern Warfare 2 then? Awesome.

We called it a long time ago, but we're going to put it out there for the record once more: Treyarch's Call Of Duty: Black Ops is going to be better than Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare 2. Treyarch's got nothing to lose and everything to prove.
