Officer Dick
Officer Dick is the policeman Bonus Skater in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2, played by Jack Black.
To unlock Officer Dick, you must complete the Rags to Riches challenge. To do this, you must complete all the Created Skater challenges. You can track your progress in the Challenges section.
Ripper
Ripper (from Powell-Peralta) is the skeleton Bonus Skater in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2.
To get Ripper, you must purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2. Ripper will be available immediately.
Roswell Alien
Roswell Alien is the extraterrestrial Bonus Skater in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2, as seen in the Roswell level.
