Workbench #1

Inside the car repair shop, immediately after the fistfight with the Scar that has a a hammer, the Workbench (See Also: The Last of Us 2: All Workbench Locations) is against the left wall.

Training Manual: Weapons Training Manual

Still inside the car repair shop, enter the office and you'll find the Training Manual (See Also: The Last of Us 2: How to Find All Training Manuals and Learn All Player Upgrades) on a box in front of a smashed window.

Artefact #1: Failed Truce

In the kitchen area, after following Lev and Yara through the doorway out of the car repair shop, you'll find the Artefact (See Also: The Last of Us 2: All Artefacts Locations) on a table stained with blood.
