Defeat the strong threat Mausoleum Spinel x8

You must eliminate a very strong knight that's been possessed by Las Plagas down in the Mausoleum. Having just explored the whole area as Ashley, make your way there as Leon armed to the teeth with ammunition and grenades. Below you'll find out How to Complete Merciless Knight, with descriptions and images to help you find the target. Afterwards, return to the Merchant to get your Reward.

From where you pick up the Blue Request Note, you'll need to take the door to your right and follow the path down to the Mausoleum. On your way, you'll encounter the last Rat needed to complete More Pest Control if you've been following that Blue Request Note also.

The target will be accompanied by another two knights, just to make the fight that bit tougher. We recommend taking them down first with well-placed shots to the parasite growing out of their armour. When they crouch down, you're able to go up and melee them, which makes the parasite a much easier target.

When all you have left is the main knight, try and bait it into committing to swings of its sword. When you're not in range of them, it makes the parasite on its back a lot easier to shoot. After enough hits, the parasite will explode out of the knight's head, at which point simply pummel it with bullets to down the target for good. The Broken Butterfly magnum is able to destroy it in one hit when it reaches this stage.
