You need to find a Gold Chicken Egg somewhere in the game to complete this Blue Request Note. You'll find this Blue Request Note pinned to the wall just before the boat you can travel about on in the Mural Cave in the Village. Gold Chicken Egg Location

You'll find a Gold Chicken Egg on the eastern side of the Lake. There's a little area where you can get off the boat and explore; you're in the right place if you notice lots of chickens nearby. In the back behind some boxes is a Gold Chicken Egg. Pick it up, then take it to the Merchant and sell it.
