Where Do You Find Thermal Goggles in Metal Gear Solid Delta?

As you work through Operation Snake Eater, you shall return to Rassvet in order to meet a mysterious character called ADAM. When you get there, Eva shows up. After the cutscene, go inside the room where you first met Sokolov, with the fireplace and the bed. In the corner is a locker you can open, and inside it are the Thermal Goggles.
