Suit Is Sandy is the fourth Mission in the Main Story of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, beginning after Peter makes a comment about changing his suit while swinging about the open world. However, the game doesn't track it as part of the Main Story in the Missions tab on the pause screen, so it doesn't contribute towards the official count. Walkthrough

After snapping a picture for Robbie Robertson in Show Me New York, protagonist Peter will make a comment about swapping his suit. Head north to Downtown Queens across the river, where you'll find a rucksack on top of an office building you can interact with. Doing so unlocks the Suits tab in the pause menu, where you'll get to spend some City Tokens to unlock a set of Styles for the Advanced Suit 2.0. You'll complete the Mission at this point.
