Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Post-Credits Scenes Explained

In the mid-credits scene, Norman Osborn is seen on board the Raft. He's gone to meet with Doctor Octopus from the first game, who's locked up there. Otto asks what Norman wants, and he responds:" The Spider-Men." He says this is because they "ruined my son". Otto explains how this is a good thing, as everyone has to experience loss at some point.

Norman is shaken by the response, but he follows up by asking what Otto has been writing in his book. He says: "The final chapter". It's thought this is a tease for the Sinister Six making an appearance in a third Marvel's Spider-Man game.

In the post-credits scene, Miles is at home with his mother Rio, waiting for her date to come over. Hailey appears at the door first, and Miles takes her into his bedroom to show her his essay. Having discussed it and mentioning Miles' new Suit, the two share a kiss. They're interrupted by a knock at the door, as Rio's date has arrived.

Rio opens the door to introduce her date, a man named Albert. He says hello and then introduces his daughter: Cindy. The screen then fades to black. In Spider-Man lore, Cindy Ryan is a superhero who was bitten by the exact same spider as Peter Parker. While she's said to not be quite as strong as Peter, her Spider-Sense is far more advanced and she's a lot more agile. She also doesn't need to manufacture Web; her fingertips produce it organically.
