Walkthrough

This Prowler Stash can be found in Astoria, on its southern border with Downtown Queens. Here's a visual aid if you need any help finding it:

Once there, Hold L2 and Scan the area. The point you're looking for is on the level below the roof on the floor below. Scan there, then Pull the door open to reveal an Electrical Panel. You can activate it using Chain Lightning (L1 + Square). You now need to find three other Electrical Panels in the environment.

There's one right above the objective marker, a third on the wall on the level above the second, and the last one on the roof. You're on a timer for activating these Electrical Panels, so work out where they are and then activate them in one quick sequence. You can then head inside and access the Prowler Stash.
