BV Club Fair is a Mission that is part of the Brooklyn Visions storyline in Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and is unlocked once you have completed Amends in the Main Story. It's a Mission exclusive to Miles. Walkthrough

The Brooklyn Visions storyline begins with a trip to the club fair in Williamsburg, so head on over to the quest marker when you're ready. When you get there, interact with Miles' backpack on the roof to start the Mission. When you've changed out of your suit, you'll need to find Ganke and Hailey at the club fair. They're in the back on the left next to the Empire State University booth, but feel free to talk to the other students and teachers on the way there.

During their conversation, a police officer walks past talking of a missing person. Miles sets off to learn more. To get closer to the Principal Officer, take a right at the basketball court and squeeze through the blue boxes, then eavesdrop on their conversation. You'll automatically switch back into your suit for the next part, which requires you to locate a criminal hideout using your Scan function on R3.

A yellow pulse coming out of a block of buildings at the objective marker should get you to the right place, at which point you'll need to beat up all the bad guys there — either stealthily... or not. Once they're down, the Scan will point you to a particular rooftop where you can get inside. When you're peering down through the glass, break through and rescue Ms. Ferguson. More enemies will turn up outside, so deal with them next, including the ones who turn up later in the truck. Then, pick up Ms. Ferguson and carry her back to the club fair to complete the Mission.
