A Second Chance is the 12th Mission in the Main Story of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and picks up immediately after Miles decides to leave Coney Island in Master Illusionist. There's no return to the open world; the two Missions happen back to back. This Mission is exclusive to Peter. Walkthrough

While it might feel like a continuation of Master Illusionist, as soon as you take control of Peter at Coney Island, you're now in A Second Chance. Begin by approaching the Hydro Bench stall and playing the minigame: squirt water at the target continuously to win. Your next overall objective is to ride the Speed Demon (the roller coaster), but there are loads of other activities and minigames you can play before then. Feel free to explore Coney Island at your leisure and head over to the Speed Demon when you're ready to progress.

The blue and white icons are all the optional activities you can take part in — we recommend doing everything so you get the seriously stylish prize at the end.

Having ridden the roller coaster, head on over to the Muscle Up stall, and then it's onto the Big Wheel. The two love birds Peter and MJ are enjoying the ride, only for a group of Hunters to attack Coney Island in an attempt to take Tombstone.

Defeat them all, then move on to the racetrack where two more groups of enemies will turn up on trucks. You'll need to fight a series of enemies until a truck collides with one of the rides, causing the Speed Demon roller coaster to start to fall apart. You'll need to be successful in some quick-time events to save everyone still on the ride. Once you do, the Mission ends in the cutscene.
