Walkthrough
This Prowler Stash is located in the middle of Williamsburg. Please see the visual aid below if you need help finding it:
Once you get there, drop down a single level from the roof and Scan the entrance. Pull the grate from the righthand side, then do the same for the cog you reveal. This reveal a second cog on your left, and Pulling that one unlocks access to the Prowler Stash. You just need to cover the lefthand cog in Web so it doesn't close the access point.
