How to Open the Entrance Door in Plains of Mist in Hell Is Us

• When you first approach the door to the temple, you will need to insert the Twin-Headed Serpent item.
• This will reveal another door — a puzzle door in which you need to rotate four sets of symbols.
• To unlock the door, you need to line up the correct four symbols.

• On your way to this door, you might have seen some symbols among the ruins.
• Starting from the APC, head up the wooden steps to the northeast.
• Follow this path up and to the right, and you'll find a sort-of diamond-shaped symbol inside a square.

• Next, go over the bridge opposite and head forward and to the left.
• You will find another symbol, this time a dagger inside a pentagon.

• Go back out the way you came, then head up the first set of steps that lead to the puzzle door.
• Go left and up some wooden steps, then drop down to the right.
• Down here is the next symbol — an eye-like design inside a diamond.

• Return to the steps and this time go to the ruins on the right.
• Drop through the hole in the wooden floor.
• Go through and climb the ladder.
• At the top is the last symbol — a sun inside a circle.

• Return to the puzzle door.
• Now you've seen all the correct symbols, it's time to put them into the door.
• You need to match the gold frame with its corresponding symbol.

• The solution (from the inner circle outwards) is:
  • Dagger
  • Diamond
  • Sun
  • Eye

• Once solved, the door will open, and you can head inside the temple.
