Hell Is Us: How to Open the Coffin in the Watcher's Nest

In Hell Is Us, you'll travel to Vyssa Hills, where you'll eventually reach a hideout called The Watcher's Nest. Inside is a mysterious puzzle to solve — so, what's the solution? In this Hell Is Us guide, we're going to reveal how you solve the puzzle and open the coffin.

How to Open the Coffin in the Watcher's Nest in Hell Is Us

• Once you open the door to The Watcher's Nest, the first thing you'll find is a note explaining that, to open the coffin in the tomb, you must solve the following riddle:
• "Through his name, his title, the symbol of his Order, and the date of inception of his Order, shall the path be revealed."
• As you explore The Watcher's Nest, you will notice numerous indentations in the walls with a blue flower motif.

• The first thing you need to do is go through the hole in the wall and descend the ladder to find the tomb. Gather the item on the coffin to pick up four blue flower tokens.
• Before you go back up to the main chamber, scan the plaques beneath each mural in the tomb. These will give you some crucial information for the puzzle.

• From the tomb entrance looking in, to the back left you will learn what the Grief symbol is (a closed eye with tears falling from it).
• Straight ahead, you will learn the full name of the tomb's inhabitant: Pentos Algea. You'll also learn that he was the Warden of Grief.
• Go back into the main chamber. You need a couple more clues to solve the puzzle.

• Scan the armour to discover that Pentos was the first of the Vigil order.
• Back near the entrance, scan the plaque to discover the Vigil was founded in 1513.
• Finally, look at the whiteboard to learn the symbol of the Vigil, as well as a slot symbolising the year 1513.

• Now, you need to use all this information to correctly place all four blue flower tokens around The Watcher's Nest.
• In the circular room near the entrance, place one blue flower token beneath the Grief symbol.
• Next, on the wall with the three metal shields, place a blue flower token under the one on the right-hand side.
• Up the steps, place the third blue flower token in the slot to the right of the blue banner.

• Finally, in the room hidden behind the whiteboard, place the final blue flower token in the slot on the left-hand side.

• Go down to the tomb and pull the lever to open the coffin. Ta-da!
