Finding them all will net you $100,000, grant you maximum Lung capacity, and will allow you to begin dating any of the girlfriend's in the game, regardless of your Sex Appeal attributes.

Los Santos

1 Santa Maria Beach Beyond the lighthouse west of Santa Maria Pier, in the ocean off the edge.
2 Marina In the Marina, west of the Burger Shot, beneath the bridge.
3 Playa del Seville Off the edge of the pier, visible in the ocean.
4 Ocean Docks Look for the giant cargo ship in the Ocean Docks, with a big orange crane at the tip of it. The Oyster is on the stairway, south of the crane.
5 Ocean Docks Under the southern-most bridge as you enter the Ocean Docks.
6 Ocean Docks South-east of the Oyster you found near to the giant cargo ship, under a small bridge.
7 Los Santos International Airport On the west side of the Los Santos International Airport freeway tunnel, head out onto the sand and then into the ocean for the Oyster.
8 Verdant Bluffs Before the tunnel on the south side, look for a billboard with no art or logos printed on it. Jump into the ocean opposite the sign, and the Oyster is under the water.
9 Verona Beach West of the Verona Beach pier, in the water beneath the small bridges.
10 Los Santos Very close to Flint County, beneath the railroad bridge.
11 Glen Park In the middle of Glen Park, underneath the bridge, in the lake.
12 Mulholland In the swimming pool of Madd Dogg's mansion.

Red County

13 Red County Follow the road north of the Trucking mission in Flint County, crossing two bridges. The Oyster is underneath the second one, in the water.
14 Red County East of Blueberry, on the beach area beneath a wooden bridge.

16 Fisher's Lagoon At the end of a wooden dock, with an abandoned wheelchair on it. Off the edge is an Oyster in the water.
17 Palomino Creek Follow the stream north of a broken wooden bridge is a smaller bridge, with the Oyster in the water nearby.
18 Frederick Bridge Northeast of Palomino Creek, in the water halfway up Frederick Bridge.

San Fierro

Below you'll find all Oysters locations in and around the San Fierro area.

19 San Fierro In the middle of the lake, just beyond the Country Club.
20 San Fierro Keep going north, beyond the Garver Bridge, until you see the freight ship. The Oyster off the tip of the boat.
21 Easter Basin There's a docked ship near to the Easter Bay Airport, and the Oyster is in the water next to it.
22 Easter Basin North of the freight ship beyond Garver Bridge is a building with three entrances, and the Oyster is found in the middle one.
23 Easter Basin Keep going north from the building discussed above, until you reach the military boat. Go to the tip of the boat and drop in the water for the Oyster.
24 Easter Bay Airport At the end of the airstrip, beyond the grass, in the water.
25 Garver Bridge Beneath the Garver Bridge, on the northern side.
26 San Fierro Bay Off the back of the boat closest to Gant Bridge.

 Directly underneath Gant Bridge on the southern side.
28 Gant Bridge Between the rocks, on the northern end of Gant Bridge.

Flint County

29 Flint County South of the Trucking mission in Flint County, there are two freeways going in and out of Los Santos. Beneath them, in the water, is the Oyster.
30 Flint County This time follow the road north of the Trucking mission in Flint County, until you come to a sign on the right side of the road. Take a right until you come to a bridge, and the Oyster is underneath.
31 Flint County South of the Flint Intersection, follow the road until the shade of green used to represent grass on the map changes. The Oyster is off the ledge.
32 Flint County South of Angel Pine, beneath the bridge.
33 Flint County

Beneath the wooden bridge, north of the area described for Oyster 31.

Whetstone

Below you'll find all Oysters locations in and around the Whetstone area.

34 Whetstone Big concrete bridge with a divide on the left side. The Oyster is in the water.
35 Mount Chiliad Head north from the aforementioned bridge until you come to another bridge, and look beneath it.

Las Venturas

36 Las Venturas Travel as far northeast as possible from Las Venturas, and you'll find the Oyster in the water.
37 Roca Escalante Beneath the diving board, in the guitar pool.
38 The Visage In the waterfall, north of The Clown's Pocket Casino.
39 Pirates In Men's Pants On the northern side of the hotel suite, there's a moat-like pool with the Oyster inside.
40 Pilgrim In the centre of a square shaped pond or pool.
41 Come-A-Lot At the entrance to the Come-A-Lot, inside a pool on the northern side.

Tierra Robada

Below you'll find all Oysters locations in and around the Tierra Robada area.

42 Tierra Robada Southeast of the school, in the water.
43 Tierra Robada Follow the coast from previous location until you find the Oyster in the wall.
44 Tierra Robada Keep following the coast, as above, until you reach a group of giant rocks. Look beneath the bridge for the Oyster.
45 Tierra Robada Again, follow the coast until you reach a dock with a small roofed building. The Oyster is inside.
46 Tierra Robada Once more, follow the coast until you reach a bridge, and you'll find the Oyster underneath it.
47 Tierra Robada Search northwest of the above location for another bridge, and the Oyster is underneath it.
48 Tierra Robada Go north of the above location until you come to a dock with a plane landed in the water. Beneath the plane is the Oyster.

Bone County

Below you'll find all Oysters locations in and around the Bone County area.

49 Sherman Dam Look to the western-most towers of the Sherman Dam and find the Oyster in the water in this area.
50 Bone County Not far from the border to Las Venturas, north of the Verdant Meadows Airfield, the Oyster is in shallow water near to the shore.
