GTA Online: Best Agency to Buy
As you learn How to Start The Contract, you'll need to decide on the best Agency to buy. You can purchase Agencies from Dynasty 8 Executive, which you can access from the Internet browser on your smartphone. The website is found under the Money And Services tab or by entering the following URL into your browser: www.dynasty8executiverealty.com. In total, there are 4 Agencies available to purchase. They are:
- Rockford Hills: GTA$2,415,000
- Vespucci Canals: GTA$2,145,000
- Little Seoul: GTA$2,010,000
- Hawick: GTA$2,830,000
To be honest, all of the Agencies are in decent locations and the interiors are all identical regardless of which one you buy. If you own the Maze Bank West Office, then you may want to go for the Agency in Rockford Hills or Vespucci Canals to reduce travel between the two. It's a good idea to buy businesses that are close to each other in order to reduce travel between them. Consider where your Arcade, Nightclub, Auto Shop, and MC Club is as well, and then pick the Agency that works best for you. However, if you want to save money, then maybe choose Little Seoul, as it's the cheapest of the four and is still easily accessible.
Agencies: Best Customisations
As is usually the case for businesses and properties in GTA Online, there are a number of customisations and modifications you can purchase for your Agency. These add to the overall cost of the business, and are mostly cosmetic, however you may want to consider adding an Armory, Accommodation, or Vehicle Workshop if plan to spend a lot of time playing The Contract. It's worth noting that you can purchase customisations later, you just need to select your Agency from the Dynasty 8 Executive website to buy these when you're ready.
Art, Wallpaper, and Highlight are completely cosmetic and purely change the look of your Agency, so only buy these if you can afford them. They're not required.
Armory: Is It Worth It?
The Armory for the Agency costs GTA$720,000 and comes with a number of benefits and perks. You'll find it upstairs from your Agency Office, and it allows you to purchase Heist Gear like Night Vision goggles and Rebreathers. You'll also get a Gun Locker allowing you to customise your Weapon Loadouts, while you'll find a fresh supply of free Ammunition and a First Aid Kit on the counter.
Perhaps the best thing about the Armory, however, is that it doubles as an AmmuNation, with a couple of exclusive weapons. The Stun Gun (GTA$352,500) and Compact EMP Launcher (GTA$493,500) can only be purchased from the Requisitions Officer, who also sells a range of other firearms, armour, and upgrades, including Mk. II Upgrades.
Accommodation: Is It Worth It?
As with most properties in GTA Online, you can add Accommodation to your Agency for GTA$275,000. This is located upstairs from your Agency Office, opposite the Armory. Its main benefit is that it allows you to set your Agency as a Spawn Location in the Interaction Menu. You'll also get a Wizard's Ruin arcade cabinet, radio, and closet where you can change your clothes.
One other neat feature is an interactive shower next to the main bedroom. If you sing into your PS4's microphone while taking a shower you'll earn some additional RP for your efforts.
Vehicle Workshop: Is It Worth It?
The Vehicle Workshop costs GTA$800,000 and includes a Garage with space for 20 cars and a free Enus Jubilee SUV. The Vehicle Workshop also includes some unique modifications, including Imani Tech which allows you to install a Remote Control Unit (GTA$235,000) and a Missile Lock-On Jammer (GTA$400,000). The latter is particularly effective against Oppressor Mk. II users and provides another option if you're looking for ways of How to Avoid Griefers.
You can access the Garage by either using one of the lifts in your Agency or by parking in it from the outside. To use your Vehicle Workshop, park the car you want to customise in your Agency and then get inside it. Press right on the d-pad to enter the modifications menu.
Agencies: All Perks and Benefits
Owning an Agency comes with a number of perks and benefits. For example, at the entrance and in the kitchen you'll be able to stock up on Snacks free-of-charge. Speak to the concierge to access Agency Services. This will allow you to exit the building in your Personal Vehicle, a Helicopter, or fast travel around Los Santos using SUV Service.
You can pet Chop, and you'll get an Award with 800 RP the first time you do this. Meanwhile, you'll find a Space Monkey 3: Bananas Gone Bad arcade cabinet upstairs in every Agency, regardless of modifications and upgrades.
Meanwhile, when you're out and about in Los Santos, you can call Franklin to request Security Contracts and Payphone Hit missions without needing to visit your Agency Office. You can also summon the Company SUV, use SUV Services to fast travel, and request a Supply Stash containing ammo, health, and armour for GTA$5,000.
