Spirit Seals are one of the more common currencies you'll discover in God of War Ragnarok: Valhalla. Generally, you'll find them by destroying glowing pots, opening chests, and defeating boss enemies, known as Valhalla's Chosen, although you will also earn denominations of the currency by completing Labours and Mastery, found in the Goals section of the main menu. You can see the completion conditions of these by pressing the touchpad. Spirit Seals are retained upon death, and can be spent at any time at the Tablet of Influence, or converted from Mastery Seals.

Do note, however, that if you craft items like Sanctuary Barrier Keys and then spend them, you'll need to craft more for future runs.
