You unlock Talisman of Meign in The Quest for Tyr, being held by the body in the wall shortly after the elevator. The official description reads: "A talisman so precious to the previous owner, they held it close until their last moment. Would they have survived if they had dropped it?"

You unlock Hilt of Gram in Groa's Secret, in the Temple of Light, in a Legendary Chest you can open as part of puzzle involving Twilight Stone.
