After the Storm: Walkthrough
After the Storm begins immediately after you get back to the Hideaway from the last quest. Your first task is to visit Jill in the infirmary, so head over there. Open the door and watch the cutscene.
Afterwards, follow the marker to find Otto and speak to him. Next, talk to Vivian for another history lesson. Once done, you'll next need to fast travel to Rosalith and watch another cutscene. Thus ends a very brief quest.
