Godskin Noble: Boss Fight Strategy

The Godskin Noble is a boss that takes fat rolling to the extreme. This is an extremely large foe equipped with a Rapier that reaches far and wide. The combos it performs with it must be avoided at all costs, but then so too should its rolling actions about the arena. The boss will literally get on its side and roll about, flattening you and dealing damage if you don't have your guard up. In combination with these standard attacks, it also throws black magic at you. This can be a simple thrown projectile or a slam of the ground that leaves damaging magic all around it for a time.

What you need to know about Godskin Noble is that it's very weak to Bleed damage. If you have a weapon that builds Bleed damage up, like the Hookclaws, we strongly recommend upgrading them and using them in this fight. Your standard swings won't take off much HP, but the Bleed build-up will take out huge chunks of health when it procs. Because of that, you're going to want to be quite aggressive in this fight, making sure to cause Bleed damage as much as possible. Retreat when you need to heal, but always try to be in a position where you can build up Bleed damage. If you do need to take a step back, equip some Kukris to keep the Bleed build-up going.

You can use the pillars to avoid some of the boss' spells, but beware its Rapier will still damage you despite the weapon seemingly going through rock hard steel. Because that's fair, isn't it? As long as you keep on the attack, building up Bleed damage, then this boss fight shouldn't take you too long.
