Topic: Any way to legally transfer games from PSP to PC and then to Vita?

Since the mandatory 2 factor verification on PS3, games are unable to be transferred from the PS3 to the Vita. While I can redownload games from the Vita store, some games are not there like Metal Gear Solid. I still have the game on my PSP though. Is there any way to transfer the backed up (on PC) PSP game to the Vita and have it work?

If you have your Vita with CFW installed then yes. Adrenaline allows you to play backups.
