Topic: Favorite Fighting Game Characters

Who are your favorite fighting game characters?

Loved Dr Mario in Smash 4 but that’s about it for favourites. I don’t main people in fighting games though, I’ll stick it on a random option if it’s available. I only really play locally.

I rarely ever play fighting games (just not really my thing) but I have fond childhood memories of playing Street Fighter 2 - and recall Vega & M.Bison being my favorites by a long shot!

Also occasionally play some Tekken 3 on PS1 Mini with my kid - we both like Hitachi.

For sure though, the SF / MK / Tekken franchises have some huge legacy characters.

i tend to favor villains in fighting games , or any game really . i just gravitate to em without even knowing their backstory or that they’re evil . i guess i like being evil 😈

honorable mention - jade in MK11 ; even though i don’t use her and her mile long D2 and her play-style is obnoxious , they did an amazing job with her . best woman fighting game character imo .

In Mortal Kombat I always play with Sonya or Sub-Zero. However, as the games pass Sonya looks off (as all the female characters really, I don't know what happened in MK seriously). I always played as Sarah in Virtua Fighter and Makoto in Blazbue. In Street Fighter I have tried many characters, but I don't have a favourite one... Maybe Ken due to the awesome music? I love the Dear or Alive series but again I don't really have a main favourite character. I only play causally though, I am not very good in any game.

@CJD87 At least you don’t play as Eddy Gordo in Tekken 3. One of the most irritating characters in any fighting game ever!
