@Th3solution The thing with the lobber is that that you can only unlock it in biome 1 but only after you get the grapple (by beating biome 2). In my first playthrough, the first time I beat the first boss, I somehow ended up going all the way to biome 6 without dying - so I never could be in biome 1 with the grapple until I unlocked the time travel thingy.

Right 5th boss down after 4 tries and it gave me Skyward sword vibes you'll know what I mean if you have played that game. The good news the run back to run is surprisingly fair! Anyway that's me done for today (I'm going to be seeing reds, blues and yellows in my dreams), wish everyone luck with their runs and remember - come back stronger

@Metonymy for example if I start Biome 4 directly I will reach the boss with a Level 18 weapon with two perks. I started my new run from Biome 2, I reached biome 4 with a level 35 weapon with 4 perks which is wrecking enemies so far.

@Kraven @StitchJones hey great job both of you, I knew you could do it. Reason I know that is that I can do it and I’m as average as they come in the gaming department.

I got to the 4th boss last night but had a sliver of health and no second chance. It was all one sided and I didn’t even see what killed me. I started another run from B1 to have a look at what areas it’s possible to get into now. There’s surprisingly quite a few but there’s still quite a lot that you can’t. Also it does feel like some of the earlier rooms now have more aggressive hostiles in them to balance it out. I stupidly lost my second chance in some of the crazier rooms in B2 but I kept going. Took me what felt like a lifetime to get back to the area where it splits in B4 so I parked it there but hoping that I’ll get a good run through these next parts to get back to the boss.

Just beat Boss 4. Had a weapon so strong I melted him in a minute. Had a close shave with the eclipse solar cage though. Having a tough time getting the parry timings down. I think I ended the run with 25000 lucenite.

@cainhurst94 I don’t normally play in the mornings but had 20 minutes so thought just pick up my run. Melted the 4th boss too between my weapon and prominence as they were something like level 33 and 35. Gutted to lose them having to return to the Passage. That’s one mad boss fight though.

I just got to exploring the city after a long run that started back in biome 1 so I could finally try all the newer tools in early stages. Ended up melting the 4th boss…I will be bus with some social life today (and Nobuo Uematsu concert!) but got the husband hooked too, so we will continue the run tonight
