Topic: No PS5 upgrade option for PS4 discs

I cannot access PS5 upgrades for PS4 games I put in discs for - Witcher 3 and Destiny 2. Tried all the menus and ...s
Some people have commented on Ubisoft games but problem seems more widespread than that. I have seen the solution of setting up a Turkish PSN account but has anyone come across an official solution or patch yet??

@MassiveG The PS5 upgrades for those games aren't available yet. Destiny 2 will be on 8th December while The Witcher 3 isn't until next year.
