Topic: HDCP always turns my screen black, but there's sound.

I recently got a PS5.

The only way I could get it to display in 2160p was to disable HDCP. When HDCP is enabled, I can hear sound but I have no visual.

However, apps like Youtube, Spotify and Netflix require HDCP to be enabled before they will work. But my screen goes blank when I do this.

Has anybody experienced this, and does anybody have a suggestion on how I can solve this issue? Right now, I'm missing a huge chunk of my console's functionality.

I have a Hisense 49 4K Smart LED TV and I had no problems with PS4 Pro and Xbox One.

@Abarth_71 Yeah. I tried different cables, different ports, factory reset of the PS5, powering off both the console and TV, but nothing has worked.
