What are your thoughts? While I personally played the first Half Life games on PC & PS3, I didn't get very far with them due to a feeling of them being outdated. A modern, flashy and updated sequel could potentially be the cat's pyjamas!

Since Half Life Alyx was a thing, I no longer think it's impossible for them to do Half Life 3. However, there'll need to be something substantive before I start trusting any rumours about this.
Folks from Valve and Campo Santo have both publicly said that Alyx has opened the door to more Half-Life. What shape that takes and how long before we actually see something tangible are anyone's guess. The safe money says they're working on something...but they're always working on something, so...
